A) Cancellation Policy & Codes of Conduct
1. Session Request & Booking
- Requesting a session on the Leapto website does not create an obligation for Leapto or your path mate to conduct the session.
- Only after payment is made and the receipt is provided to Leapto, will the session be confirmed, and Leapto will commit to conducting the session with your chosen path mate.
2. Scheduling the Session
- After payment, three possible dates and times will be suggested. You can choose one based on your availability.
- A session link will be sent via email, and the session time will be reminded via SMS, Telegram, email, and voice call.
3. Session Conditions
- It is recommended to check your internet connection and ensure you are in a stable and secure location.
- Your path mate will wait for you for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you are delayed longer, the session will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 72 hours before: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 24 hours before: 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund will be issued.
B) Rescheduling Policy
- You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the original appointment without incurring any extra charges.
- If rescheduled within 24 hours of the session, a fee may apply.
C) General Definitions & Terms
- “Session”: A one-on-one consultation or educational meeting conducted via Leapto.
- “Path Mate”: An expert or mentor who provides guidance during a session.
- “Leapto”: The organization providing educational and career consultancy services.
